How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are a flat rate based upon the total of your order.  For more information about the variety of shipping options we offer, please go to our shipping page.

Do you ship overseas or to Canada?
We do ship to Canada, but unfortunately we're unable to ship offer additional international shipping at this time. We will be offering expanding shipping in the near future.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?
We can try to cancel or modify your order after you submit it if you contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 24 hours so please contact us immediately.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Polkadot Patch Boutique. If you're unhappy with the item you purchased for any reason, return it to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please see our returns policy for more information.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to ship all purchases within 48 hours. Depending upon the delivery option you choose, your order should arrive within 5 business days.

Will you send an order confirmation?
Of course! We want to keep you updated on your entire order process. We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price.If you have questions about your order confirmation, or if you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact us.

When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card when we ship the item. Your credit card will be billed from Polkadot Patch Boutique. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. When you place your order, we may pre-authorize your credit card. If you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won't actually debit your account until we ship your order.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?
We do charge sales tax on orders shipped within Vermont if a single clothing item is greater than $100 and for all non-clothing purchases.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we can't accept International credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. Sorry, no checks or money orders. You can use a gift certificate as well. Please see payment information for more details.

Can you send me a catalog?
We're sorry, at this time, we do not have a printed catalog.

Why don't you sell pastel clothing?
We love bright colors and feel childhood is fun...why shouldn't children's clothing be as well? Although we do like pastel baby clothes, we much prefer baby clothing with a colorful "WOW" appeal. That's why we have a philosophy of baby and children's clothes and mission for colorful baby clothes that governs all of our products we sell!

Who is the creative genius behind this site?
