Causes We Support


We believe in children and we believe in supporting organizations that promote healthy living, safety, and education for ALL children. We act locally but think globally and hope all Polkadot Patch Boutique customers will do the same!

Our list of very worthy Vermont children’s causes:

Prevent Child Abuse Vermont For over 26 years, Prevent Child Abuse Vermont has been working effectively to prevent child abuse and neglect through parent education, support and public awareness.  At Polkadot Patch Boutique, we overwhelming support their mission to supports healthy relationships between children and the people who care for them in order to eliminate child abuse.  We feel strongly about protecting children and PCAV is the leading organization in Vermont to help protect our children. As a result, we donate a percentage of our gross profits to this important cause.

Success By Six As a state program to reach families with young babies and children under the age of six, Success by Sixreaches families through publications and distribution of literacy and resource materials throughout Vermont  communities. We are part of the Barre Success By Six organization and know first hand how important this organization has been for organizing playgroups, Dabble Days events, milk and cookie nights, music programs, sign language courses for new parents, and more. We both volunteer our time with this wonderful organization that is working to improve the experiences of all children in Vermont.
