This hard maple block set is designed on a 1" basis, the largest base block being 1" x 2" x 4" with the other pieces being multiples of the base so that all elements can be stacked together. The set includes 78 blocks with 16 standard shapes: rectangles, squares, triangles, half circles, cylinders, and arches. The blocks are unfinished and come in a sturdy box for storage with instructional information to prompt the creative process. Good old fashioned fun for children 1-1/2 yrs. old and over.
